1. Terms and Conditions
1.1 Our Service
Daisy Loops creates bespoke, themed photo montage videos ("Loops") from photos you submit, for personal use at parties and events. Each order is custom-made based on the theme, event details and photos you provide at checkout.
1.2 Placing an Order
By placing an order you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent/guardian;
- you own or have permission to use every photo you submit;
- the information and photos you provide are accurate and appropriate.
1.3 Pricing
- Standard Loop: £49 (7-day delivery)
- Express Loop: £56 (2-day delivery)
Prices are shown in GBP and are not subject to VAT. We reserve the right to change prices for future orders; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
1.4 Delivery Times
- Standard Loop: Delivered within 7 days of us receiving your final photos and order details.
- Express Loop: Delivered within 2 days of us receiving your final photos and order details.
Delivery timers start once we have everything we need from you (photos, theme choice, event details). Delays in providing materials will delay your delivery date accordingly. Loops are delivered digitally via download link embedded in an email to your form submitted email address.
1.5 Revisions
For each order placed, one round of minor revisions (e.g. photo swap, timing tweak) can be accommodated on request at no extra cost.
1.6 Acceptable Use
You may not submit photos or requests that are illegal, infringe on someone else's rights, or are intended to harass, defame, or harm any person. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that breaches this.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
Loops are provided for personal, non-commercial use as party decoration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daisy Loops is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. event disruption) arising from late delivery, technical issues, or dissatisfaction with creative choices made within the agreed brief.
1.8 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Before Editing Begins
If you cancel your order before we have started editing your Loop, you are entitled to a full refund.
2.2 After Editing Begins
Because each Loop is custom-made specifically for you, once editing has started, your order is no longer eligible for a full refund. A partial refund of 50% is available once editing has begun, to cover the work already completed.
2.3 Faulty or Undelivered Loops
If your Loop is not delivered, is significantly different from what was ordered, or is corrupted/unusable, you are entitled to a free re-edit or a full refund, at our discretion.
2.4 Express Delivery Delays
If we fail to meet the 2-day Express delivery window through our own fault, you are entitled to a full refund.
2.5 How to Request a Refund
Email daisyloopsparty@gmail.com with your order reference and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. This right is typically lost once you ask us to start bespoke/personalised work before the 14 days is up, provided we've made this clear to you.
3. Customer Content Ownership
3.1 Your Photos
You retain full ownership of all photos you submit to us. By submitting them, you grant Daisy Loops a limited license to use, edit, and incorporate them solely to create your Loop.
3.2 The Finished Loop
Once delivered and paid for, the finished Loop is yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. playing at your event, sharing with family).
3.3 Our Templates & Assets
The underlying templates, animations, transitions, and design elements used to build your Loop remain the intellectual property of Daisy Loops. You do not acquire rights to reuse our templates independently of the Loop we deliver to you.
3.4 Marketing Use
We may feature your finished Loop (or excerpts) in our marketing and social media, with identifying details (names, addresses, other personal information) removed, unless you tell us otherwise.
3.5 Deletion of Your Photos
We retain your submitted photos for 30 days after delivery in case of revisions, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or retain them longer.
