  • Our Standard Daisy Loop option is delivered within 7 days of your order being placed.
    Need it sooner? Our Express option guarantees delivery within 48 hours of your order being placed.

  • We recommend around 15–20 photos for the best viewing experience, as this allows each image to be properly showcased within the loop.
    If you'd like to include more photos, that's absolutely fine too. We'll always aim to create a balanced, engaging final product regardless of the number submitted.

  • The actual Daisy Loop content is typically around 2 minutes long, carefully designed using your chosen photos and theme.
    To make things easy on the day of your event, we provide your finished download as a 1-hour video file, with your Daisy Loop seamlessly repeating throughout. Simply press play and enjoy.
    Many modern TVs, media players and playback apps also offer their own repeat function, meaning your Daisy Loop can often be set to play continuously for as long as you'd like.

  • Once your Daisy Loop is ready, we'll send it directly to your email inbox as a downloadable video file.

  • Most common image formats are accepted, including:

    Photos can be uploaded directly through our order form, and we'll take care of the rest.

    In our experience, most celebrations already have their own soundtrack—whether that's a DJ, live band, venue music or your own carefully curated playlist. A silent Daisy Loop allows your memories to enhance the atmosphere without competing with the entertainment you've already planned.
    If you'd like music included, simply add your request when placing your order and we'll do our best to make it happen.
